How to measure your dog...
To find the perfect size for your dog, we recommend measuring the chest girth (just behind the front legs), the neck girth (half way from the shoulder blades to just below the chin and the back length (from the base of the neck, at the shoulder blades, to the start of the tail).
Measure close to the body, without leaving extra space and without placing fingers under the tape.

Returns / Exchanges...
Our priority is your comfort and satisfaction.
If for any reason you need an exchange or return your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us in the original condition.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Faulty item: We assume all return and reshipment costs.
Cancellations...
Custom made orders cannot be cancelled.
